What’s on your mind right now?

So much! Coming back after 6 month of being away from my country.. had such challenges and life changing experiences.... Met unique souls and visit old friends. I want to come back to reorganise my business and lots of new challenges professional and personal.

Describe yourself in one sentence?

Curious, sensitive, empathic, enthusiastic, listener and sometimes overwhelmed by possibilities of life, technology, friendships and cultures.

How would you describe the glass ceiling you had?

I must say I had two glass ceilings, one after I decided to move to Spain from Argentina representing a technology company on my own. Leaving my city, and defining the Business strategy in a new environment was challenging, scary and that was when I found my own voice. The other when I understand I can be in charge of marketing, sales and be a CEO of a company in a men`s world.

How did it affect you? How did you feel at the time?

It opened my mind and felt like I was finally able to feel myself and free my creativity which was always shut down (not blaming anyone)... just I was raised with structure but always had a creative mind. I studied management and journalism but still I was afraid of having an opinion and making hard decisions.

How did you realize you had a glass ceiling?

I felt I crossed a limitating line and there was no way back...

How did you break this glass ceiling?

I jumped.. literally. Fear was always there, insecurities... not much real support but my friends... but inside a deep voice said to me, " I think you can do this": move to another city, have a professional independent challenge, writing and speaking about subjects, pitching and making presentations, hosting workshops and being the CEO of my company.

How do you feel about where you are today, after breaking your glass ceiling?

I still need to work in a lot of things but I feel more myself than ever. Like before was the mockup version of me and could have stayed there.

What advice would you give to someone going through this glass ceiling?

I will say: Jump! We have anytime to be able to start being our most powerful selves, but it's better to start now!

What are your upcoming projects?

Organising a big Social Media event, Social Media Week Mexico, developing new features for our product, write more, keep on travelling and feeding this bond I have with all the great friends around the world I have.. which make me feel blessed.

Also to take care of my health and continue with yoga, swimming and try to be more relax. :)

Tell us about something, like a quote that inspires you?

A lot.. here is one of the last ones " I always did something I was a little not ready to do, I think is how you grow. When there is that moment of "Wow I'm not really sure I can do this" and you push through those moments, thats when you have a breakthrough".. by Marissa Mayer.

Also Sheryl Sandberg and her book "Lean In" I really love..

And dont remember where I got this from but few years ago sounded in side my head .."Every minute is a possibility to change your life..."
